Epic Game, but now I cant dont It.

When i first received this Fantastic game, it was wonderful, including the fantasy world, unique features, and everything else, but i accidentally deleted it, and when i tried to download it again, it doesnt work, because it just keeps loading and loading and loading and loading and loading over, and over, and over, and over, and over again no matter what I do, and so im confused.
